Our in-person hockey training is engineered to increase speed, power, strength, and durability so you can dominate every shift without breaking down mid-season. Every session is targeted, coached, and tied directly to the demands of the sport: acceleration, edge control, hip strength, rotational power, and repeat shift output.
We start with a full performanceassessment to find your speed leaks,strength gaps, and movementrestrictions that are slowing you down. From there, we build a customizedprogram that attacks the exactqualities hockey players need —explosive first-step speed, strongeredges, more puck-battle strength, andhigher on-ice conditioning. We alsointegrate mobility and injury- prevention work to protect the areashockey players destroy the fastest:hips, groin, low back, and shoulders. Every workout is coached in-person. Every rep is tracked. Every phase isprogrammed with purpose — notguesswork. Whether you’re preparingfor tryouts, leveling up off-season, orfighting for a roster spot, you get high- accountability coaching, sportspecific drills, and strengthprogramming designed to translatedirectly into on-ice performance.
